Marriage Ceremony Allegedly Goes Wrong in Imo State as Ex-boyfriend Visits the Venue

Marriage as defined by merriam website dictionary is a consensual union between two people, usually male and female which is recognised by law. The aim of anybody who found himself in a relationship is to get married, and in many societies, it is considered as one of the greatest achievement in life.



But hardly will there be two lovers without each of them having someone they dated before they met. This is a normal happening to both boys and girls. But sometimes these ex-boyfriends or girlfriends can cause a problem to the lovers either during, or after the marriage ceremony. We have heard of many incidents in which an ex-boyfriend showed up during the marriage ceremony and distrupted the ceremony.


Even today, while surfing the internet, I came accross a story posted by a lady on facebook. Although the names of the people involved were kept anonymous for privacy reason, the stoy is worth sharing. According to Linda Nwachukwu, the Facebook user who shared the story on her wall, the incident happened in Imo State today. The marriage ceremony allegedly goes wrong after an ex-boyfreind of the bride visited the venue and disrupted everything.

According to Linda, the ex-boyfreind showed up at the venue while the ceremony is going on, and he surprised the guests by chasing everyone, before asking for the bride to refund the huge amount of money he spent on her. According to unconfirmed reports, the money is up to millions of Naira.
