Opinion: Erica the next big thing in Nollywood

 The Big brother Naija housemate and one of my favorite Erica Nlewedim has been doing a lot of work this period on Nollywood trying to promote her brand and becoming a top notch actress.

Recently, she premiered a short movie titled “Mercy Mercy” on her youtube channel, and the movie is so amazing that’s the reason I consider Erica becoming the next big thing in Nollywood. She has shown clearly that she can act and she did that job well.

The movie is about two sisters which engages on a path where none can get out from after one of the sisters asked the other for help. The movie was also shot in Birmingham London where she graduated from MET school.

Erica was also the victim of disqualification during the BBnaija show lockdown but she has gone past that shortcoming and gotten back stronger with the new movie. With such excellent movies expected to come from her in the possible future, she would be able to climb up the ladder in Nollywood in no time soon.
